• RATES AND ACCOMMODATION

The fee for renting the entire house is 840 € (low season ) . The fee for renting the entire house is 1050 € ( high season ) .

A nightly €20 supplement will be charged for the use of cots.

High season is considered to be Holy Week [Semana Santa], Christmas and rutting season (from 15 September to 15 November).
The minimum stay period for weekends is two nights.

Breakfast is €15* per person.

Lunch and Dinner menus are charged at €55* per person, not inclusive of wine or alcoholic beverages. Meals always begin with an appetizer made with local produce. Guests are kindly requested to make the reservation the night before.

Guests are requested to notify us in advance if there is anyone celiac or intolerant to any food substance, in order we can prepare the meal accordingly.

• BOOKING

A 50% fee will be charged when making the reservation, and this will serve as a deposit. Once the house has been checked after departure, the deposit will be refunded, provided no damage has occurred.

• CANCELLATION TERMS

If a cancellation is made 30 days in advance, the full amount of the booking will be reimbursed. For cancellations made less than 15 days ahead of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.
